Blacks Angus Beef
The Finest Blacks Angus Beef in Quarter, Half or Whole Animal.
Birthed, nurtured, grown, and then butchered all our own premium Midwestern Ohio meats.
If the recent supply chain shortages have taught us anything, it’s that we learned it’s best to buy our food locally. This way you can know how your food is raised and where your beef comes from. It doesn’t get any better than Fresh Midwestern Beef right from a small southwestern Ohio family and farm.
Expect roughly 40% steaks and roasts and 50% ground beef, with the remainder in stew meat, ribs, or brisket.
Whole Cow
Yields 400 to 500+ pounds of meat (requires a massive or multiple freezers). Often split between two or more families.
Half Cow (Side of Beef)
Yields about 200 to 250 pounds of meat (fills a large chest freezer). Generally considered the “sweet spot” for value, variety, and custom processing options.
Quarter Cow
